BR350 Connection problem

We have two BR350,and they are associated each other(back-to-back),its fine but they dont pinging each other.ethernet and radio activity leds flashing,we try to different firmwares,12.02T,12.04,11.23 beta,

but isnt work properly.if any idea about this problem?

May be one of the Ethernet port may not be working, try replacing one of the BR350 and check again. If this is the case you may need to RMA the device.

I think its probably ethernet problem ,i try to fix on when the lost of backbone connectivity "switch the repeater mode",they had re-established link and other bridge responses my ping request.
