Hi, I have two bridges, one as the root bridge and the other as nonroot bridge. With the new IOS, my nonroot bridge can also accept client wireless, but with the same SSID.

So, Is it possible to Configure a nonroot bridge, with two SSIDs?, One for the link, and the other for my client wireless?

Yes it is allowed. It depends on the version of the software. Make sure you have the latest. When you use non-root bridge with client make sure station-role non-root wireless-client is chosen.
