Bridge Loop

Hi

I have the Problem that i get on 2 Non root Bridges the following error message: Network Bridge Loop: Received packet from Self destined to [rootbr]macaddressofrootbridge on port "br9"

I have one root bridge and 2 non root br. the two non root br see each other over wlan but they are both on other locations, so they are not connected to each other. just over the Root bridge

so why do i have these error message? the funny thing is that every think works fine im only getting this message every 10sec. on both non root br and not on the root br.

Are both the AP's connecting to any switches?? You get this error message when there is a loop in your network, Try enabling spanning tree if you already have not done it.

No they are on different locations! 😃 and spanning tree is enabled.
