Broadcast and multicast issue on secondary WLC

Hello All , having the problem described below. currently I bought a second wlc with a new set of APs for a new building and a new setup. trying to use a broadcast and multicast needing app on the new building is so unpredictable and unreliable. Auto discovery does work whilst when being on an ap that's associated  with the old wlc but not on the new wlc. The two WLCs are in the same vlan and mobility is setup and mping and eping are working. global multicast is enabled on both and i have the same Multicast Group Address on both  tried to make sure that all configs are the same on both WLCs.  Can anyone please help. Hi,

If you use controllers that run version 4.2 or later, the ´multicast group configured on the controllers must be different for each controller used on the network.

Try to change the IP and try again.
