BW issue between two LAP

We have wireless mesh network with WLC 4402 and LAP1510 & LAP1522
Issue is the bandwidth between two LAP, I have below link test results for this link but when I connect to the LAP as a client, my intranet download rate never goes above 1Mbps. This is the sample link and on other links I have a same problem.

Please note that I haven't configure any QOS & BW limiter on WLC and the Bridge Data Rate of LAP is 36Mbps

Hi Mohammed,

this is a linktest between APs in 5ghz if I'm correct.

Your clients have 2.4ghz access. What if you have interferers in the 2.4ghz and there the packet drop/data rate downshifting is occuring ?

I'd suggest taking a look at that information too.

Check the statistics of the LAP that services the clients.

Thanks for your reply, I connected to the LAP on 5.8Ghz and the problem exists. Please note that I try to connect to the RAP on 2.4 or 5.8 with 54Mbps data rate support, but the max downlaod rate is 4Mbps.

So you enabled backhaul client access ? in your production environment or just for the test ?

The download speed of what is 4mbps ? What and where are you downloading ?

Did you try iperf with a server located on your wired lan ?

Nicolas

Yes I enabled 5.8Ghz client access on all LAP

I downloaded the file on the server that located on our wired LAN, this server have less than 1ms ping to my RAP and 2ms to MAP which I connected to test download rate.
