Bypassing Captive Portal and landing on an Mobile APP for internet.

I am running a setup where my clients connected to any of my SSIDs will be landing on a captive portal to authenticate and access internet. Is there a way where I can redirect my clients connecting to one specific SSID to bypass the captive portal and land on an APP to access internet without disturbing other SSIDs?

By APP you mean some application? if does, which application would be? cause the captive portal is an application already.
