C9115 Access point keep rebooting

Hello,

We have recently deployed no of C9115 APs with WLC 9800 , one of the access points was working perfectly then suddenly went down, after connecting it to console I found it contentiously rebooting , i have tried to access the U-boot and assigned ip address but cant connect it the TFTP server  , the switch port which the access point connected to it is always down (although its powered by the switch via PoE) , i suspect the gigaethernet port is faulty ,your help is much appreciated.

what is the model of the switch the AP connected ? and show power in line from the switch and check what power supplied to AP.
