Hi everyone,
our C9800-CL controller is configured with HA, and everything appears to be functioning properly. However, I've recently observed that we're unable to view the stats of clients connected off the Fexconnect profiles. We have one local mode profile, and we can see the clients connected to this profile. The controller GUI interface's "Top WLANs" tab is only displaying two profiles from one site, both of which are in local mode.
We used to view all client's stats on Top WLANs" tab until recently.
Thank you,
Patrick

Do you have different WLAN profiles for different locations ? We have been running 9800-CL for flexconnect and does not have this issue. If possible try to upgrade software to 17.9.4a/17.9.5. and then see.

Thank you for getting back to me. Our system is currently running on version 17.12.1, and we have not experienced any issues before. However, this particular issue started about 3 or 4 weeks ago. We have different WLAN profiles, and we named them based on their respective branch names. The tags and policies are all the same for all branches, except for the names.

- Note that you can also get some good client stats from https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/catalyst-9800-series-wireless-controllers/217738-monitor-catalyst-9800-kpis-key-performa.html#anc5
Appendix : always evaluate the current controller configuration using the CLI command show tech wireless and feed the output from that into Wireless Config Analyzer
