Can not get WLC to factory configuration

Hi we have WLC 4400. Now I cannot get into it.  PC connected to the console port. I press Esc button once it boots. but i do not know why it still boot normally, It cannot show some lines where it gives some choices in order to enter initial configuration. Anyone can give some suggestion? Thank you

Hi Rasika, thank you so much for your reply. From your picture, I know you are an expert in wireless since I read your articles in website.

The issue is I cannot enter that mode based on the link. Please see picture attached. After booting, I press Esc key, but it cannot enter that mode to reset system to factory configuration. and I also cannot type any usernames there.

Do not press any other keys.

Just type Recover-config on that prompt

I tried it many ways. after booting, as you see it in the picture, the last line is "User:" I cannot to type any thing. also I cannot enter ">" mode. so I cannot type  " reset system"
