The port mirroring, at this time, seems to be a cosmetic issue. We removed the ability to do port mirroring in the 440x platform as it has never been supported above the old 4000/4100 series controllers.
As for the setting of the port speed/duplex, this was also removed. If you set the connected switchport to auto/auto, they will negotiate to 1000/Full
