can't access WLC 5508 from a remote wireless subnet?

Greetings,

We have a WLC 5508 at our corporate office that we can access via the wired and wireless subnets here. However, we can only access it via the wired subnets at our remote sites. We can ping it from the remote wireless networks, but not access it via https for management. All normal wireless traffic seems to be working correctly. Any ideas?

Also please confirm if you are able to see the below configuration command in WLC.

network mgmt-via-wireless enable
