Can't authenticate with EAP-TLS

I have a case open with TAC, but also wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this:

Using a Cisco 1200 series AP (running 12.3(7)JA2), ACS 3.3(3) Build 11, a Microsoft Enterprise Root CA, and Dell D610 laptops (WinXP SP2) with the Dell Wireless 1450 Dual Band WLAN Mini-PCI card. We can associate with the EAP-configured SSID, but cannot authenticate to it.

I've been reading through these forums, and have noticed that there are issues with the Intel ProSet cards in some of the Dell laptops, but am not sure if this applies to my scenario. I'm also aware of this Microsoft KB article (KB885453), but don't think it relates to this.

Any help on this is appreciated...

there are issues related to EAP-TLS and Intel ProSet cards. This has not worked in lot of cases. I think there is some patch available which will solve this.
