Can't download code to Anchor WLC

I'm trying to download a code update to an Anchor WLC but it keeps failing saying no response from the tftp server. If I look at Firewall logs I see the tftp connection being allowed and then a blocked connection to destination port 29002 on the tftp server (my WCS). Any ideas what this is and what the WLC is attempting to do?

Are you using your WCS to push the upgrade ? If so, try doing this from a local TFTP server. 29002 doesnt ring a bell ...

Can you try upgrading using the Service Port?

OK, to answer my own questions this is how tftp works. Use port 69 to trigger the transfer then use random ports for the actual transfer. ftp's not going not be much better. The WLC is hosted in our datacenter in another country so I have no physical access to it so I'm going to have to persuade the firewall team to at least temporarily open up the firewall between the WLC and WCS.

Thanks for the suggestions.
