Can't factory reset a 1552E AP

I am trying to do a factory reset of a 1552E via the gui to re set it up for MESH

I click on Clear All Config, the AP reboots and all the settings are still there... Any idea why it doesn't actually erase all the config?

Is there another way?

Is the AP currently registered to a WLC? If yes you can change it once the AP joins to the WLC. You don't have to reset it. In anycase it is recommended that you stage the Mesh AP before deploying it.

May be a bug, are you in position to get to cli through vty or console to the AP or physical access to the AP ?
