Can't join Cisco AP 1700 and vWLC. Please help me !

1. WLC is not configured with NTP & I suspect the AP won't join because the vWLC has the wrong time & date.
2. AP is "-E" regulatory domain and, strangely, the vWLC is not configured for any country. So this won't work either.
