Cannot Access CMX Web UI but I can ping the IP

Hi, 

Can please help on how to access my CMX. 

i access it thru https://ipaddress but unable to open the web user interface. 

Please help what to do in order to access it's web ui.

Issue: the MSE appliance is not installed with CMX Software. Thank you. 

Solution: Intall CMX software.
