Hi all,

since our client has upgrade the prime from 3.1 to 3.2 abig amount of network devices groups for Access Points have appeared, trying to delete them is not possible.

I assume this a DB hack and require TAC case, before I do that, just want to cross check with you if there are any other options you might know.

appreciate your response.

Hi @Lance Wendel

Unfortunately Cisco TAC is the way to go here. Prime does not allow for some CLI clean up and when you fail doing this via web interface, there's not much to do. I'd recommend stop/start on the service but probably will not help either.

I've see similar situation here and no one come up if some workaround. If you find one or get solution from Cisco, this is a good opportunity to share.
