In the given Cisco Packet Tracer network cannot ping from 193.0.x.x to 192.168.0.2( any network on the other side of the router) but opposite is possible.

ok, so that really sounds more like a routing issue than a wireless issue.
So what does your routing look like? Are you using NAT on the outbound from the 192.168.x.x?
Do you have routes point to the 192.168.x.x on the 193.x.x.x network?
