I have the problem like that:
- When I connect the printer Bixolon R310 (BXL/POS) to AP Cisco ( local mode) of WLC2500 and AP Cisco (flex mode) of EWC C9115, I can print normally.
- When I connect printer Bixolon L310 (SLCS,BPL-Z,BPL-C) to AP Cisco ( local mode) of WLC2500 I can print normally, but if I connect to AP Cisco (flex mode) of EWC C9115, I can't print ( but can ping normal)

- @trantriduc1610 What error do you get on the client when trying to print ?

No information error in client.
So I check log in the server Linux ( Source reques print):
2025-08-11 14:30:38.909 [Timer] [INFO ] MessageSender - Sending message: routingKey printer-routing-key, message= Message [type=1, no=null, msg=17279]

- @trantriduc1610 Check 'printing reachability' from you wireless client using :
nmap -p 9100 -sV --reason 172.24.23.124

so i don't know if there is any configuration missing or service on EWC?

I think the problem is flex mode.
Because when i recheck: connect printer to AP flex mode from WLC2500, I still cannot print, just ping only.

Printer in flex is reachable by AP ?
Flex the switching is done by AP not tunnel to EWC

Tks !
I was test again with model L310. If I connect to AP (flex mode from WLC2500) I still cannot print, just can ping.
So if I want to print L310 with connect AP from EWC C9115, I need to do what?

I was test again with model L310. If I connect to AP (flex mode from WLC2500) I still cannot print, just can ping. <<- key here

MHM

Yes, I have ACL in Core switch, but I already permit for this vlan.

Add to this acl
Ip deny deny log
And check log

- @trantriduc1610 I would also advice that you have a test and or try disabling peer-to-peer blocking for the
particular WLAN : (GUI) Configuration > Wireless > WLANs.
Click the WLAN ID of the SSID you want to modify
Go to the Advanced tab.
Locate the P2P Blocking drop-down menu
Select Disabled to turn off P2P blocking
Click Apply to save the changes

- @trantriduc1610 Ok, Check 'printing reachability' from you wireless client using :
nmap -p 9100 -sV --reason 172.24.23.124
