I'm using a Lucent WavePoint-II access point (WEP enabled).
It works well with lucent and 3com lan adapters but it fails with
the CISCO 350 adapter... The CISCO adapter can associate
to the adaptor but it seems it can't transmit or receive any
packets. Any ideas?

I have the same Problem with my Lucent RG-1000 accesspoint at home. It works with a Orinoco Silver card and 40-bit WEP in my Laptop. If I use he Cisco 350 card in the Laptop with 40-bit WEP enabled it associates to the access-point but there is no Data transfer possible. If I configure the RG-1000 to work without WEP and the Cisco 350 also all works.
