Hi,

We have launched two captures filtering with customer MAC address.

The result is the same: the capture is stopped witouth reason.

Could you help us on this topic ? image.png

Have you tried with another browser? If so, I suggest you open a support case.

I am not a Cisco employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Please, if this post was useful, leave your kudos and mark it as solved.

Yes, captures have been made with two differents browsers.

Unless I don't understand your question , you have specified a 3600s capture duration and you have reach the limit. That's probably why it stopped.

I have made the test with another duration (1200).
In both cases, I do not retrieve pcap files.

Your filter expression won't work on wireless interfaces.

You could try actual wireless capture filters.
With some luck you could filter your mac address if it is the transmitter or receiver address by using following filter.
wlan addr1 <mac address> or wlan addr2 <same mac address>

I finally launched capture with no filter and put a filter in Wireshark.
