CAPWAP Retranmission Queue Full / Flex Connect clients cannot connect

Hi,

 

We encountered logs from our WLC stating "CAPWAP Retransmission Queue Full". Some flex connect clients got disconnected and wasn't able to connect afterwards.

 

Do you have any idea what is the issue with this and possible workaround?

 - One thing always to look into ; is the current WLC-model and software version being used (both  are not mentioned). If applicable compare the problem to more recent software releases for the WLC (e.g.).
