Just had an occurrence where users that have the following conditions cannot use the ADU client.
Users:
Windows 2K OS - service pack 3 and 4
Cisco abg card
Users were working previously, after this weekend (looking if there was an sms push that changed something on OS) users that have above characteristics cannot get ADU to work, almost as if the card isnt being recognized as enabled. Running the test, the card fails the enable test. However, looking at Windows side of things, card is enabled.
Have tried reinstalling Cisco Client SW, removing card, etc. Even tried to install newest (11.07.04) abg s/w. The options other than running test within ADU are all grayed out.
XP users and users running just the 802.11b card are all working fine. Just Win2K and abg card a problem as of Monday.

We found the problem. A new hostsfile was pushed out over the weekend. When removing this hosts file everything works fine. Not sure if it is a line within the hosts file or the order that it loads.
host file we are using is available here:

Is "wireless Zero configuration" disabled in the "services" ?
