Hi all,
I am running a home network with two Cisco 240AC Wireless APs providing wifi coverage for my home. I recently purchased a CBW142ACM-B-NA mesh extender to increase the range of my wireless coverage, however I am unable to get the extender to "join" with my primary AP. My primary AP sees the extender, the extended appears to be in the AP group, but the extender won't connect with it. I receive an error saying "unable to set the AP radio status to disable" when I try to add the extender to the same bridge group as the other APs, and I get an error saying "AP having mac address...currently not joined with this primary AP" when I try to look at the status of the extender on the summary page. See attached screen shots for more details.
There's no external button on the extender to force a factory reset, I have already removed and re-added it from/to my network several times to no avail. At this point if I can't get it working I am not going to have no choice but return it and look for another solution. If anyone has any suggestions I am all ears.
Thanks!
