Cisco 1850 Mobility Express Conversion Image

Hi,

We bought a Cisco 1852i AP (AIR-AP1852I-E-K9) but it was shipped with the Lightweight mode image, can someone supply us with the conversion to Mobility Exporess image that can be found here: https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=286285803&flowid=75343&softwareid=286289839&release=8.3.121.0&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest

Hello,

2 ways to get the image :

- if you have a 'Cisco Service Contract' ( example : SmartNet Total Care ) attached to the AP serial number and with your CCO ( login for the Cisco website) associated to this contract, you can download the image from the Cisco support site/portal.

- ask you reseller/distributor where you bought it to supply you the needed image.
