I could not be able to configured cisco AIR-AP-1852E-D-K9 with out any controller because i have no controller and i want to  configured this device as ap standalone so how i can configure it.please give me solution os has installed into this device is 8.2

You need to convert the AP to Mobility Express. This guide has all the details:
