Hi,

I have one Cisco SAP2602I-E-K9 access point to be irnstalled without any wireless controller. I have received the good part  from distributor and facing problems in accessing the device via console as its not connecting with COM1 and giving me errors unable to connect.

Also I was unable to access it through any URL like http://192.168.1.1

let me know how can i access the it using console / other options.

Well are you sure it's COM1? Look at the Windows device manager and see what port the USB to serial adapter is using. Also make sure your device is set to the following:

Baud rate: 9600
Flow control: None
Data bits: 8
Parity: None
Stop bits: 1
