Cisco 350 client connectivity problem with 1310 Access Point

Hi,

I have installed Cisco Aironet 1310 as access point for local wireless network. Clients having Dell laptop with inbuilt wireless network adaptor are connecting to it successfully but the problem occurs with clients haveing Cisco 350 wireless network adaptor in their laptops. In some laptops it does not find wireless network at all, in some it finds but disconect in few minutes. I wonder it is because of faulty confuguration of Access point 1310 or it is compatibility problem.

Hello Kanupriya,

I would say that the configuration is mainly good if both the dell and cisco client devices are connecting via the same SSID. One thing to change is to disable concatenation on the radio interface, the 350 cards don't support this and the dells may. Disable this on all BR1310 radio interfaces in this link, root and non root..
