I have been installing and configuring, a large deployment of new 3702i access points. I have an issue on a couple of them, they have joined the controller, and downloaded the correct version, and are now blinking green constantly, I can see them on the switch and WLC, 99% of all the others are working correctly.

and are now blinking green constantly,
Could mean the AP didn't re-join the controller after firmware upgrade.
Console into the AP and post the following output:
1. WLC: sh sysinfo;
2. AP: sh version

See the meaning of LED status Indication :

Also check:
Is AP getting IP address ?
Is there any cable related issue connecting to switch ?
provide the console logs to see where and what actually happening?

All sorted, very strange issue, it was getting an IP and connecting to the WLC, a simple manual reboot at the AP side did the trick.

Then maybe someone's playing a prank and enabled LED flashing to be continuous.
