Cisco 5520 controller not booting after reboot

We have standalone 5520 controller, we just rebooted for the Maintainanace, After reboot wlc not online, 

Suddenly Fan lights are amber blinking, when we open the server, fans are non operational.

when I try to login using putty , booting up and then error showing

Error as follows:

Fatal Error

Failed to load 68XX Nic card. System will reboot in 10 minutes.

when i check the Community , someone say need to upgrade .But how can i upgrade when system are not booting up.

some one says raise case with Tac but i dont have smartnet with me.

please advice how can i solve the problem.

This is our production machine & we dont have any backups ..please help me out on this.

Contact Cisco TAC and organize for an RMA.  

IMPORTANT:  Replacement WLC do not come with SSD so remove the SSD from the existing one and use it with the replacement unit.

@marce1000 is right.  It is this bug.
Going to be a problem if the CIMC has never been configured.

Agreed so your only hope is to use the CIMC to apply workaround 2.

Useful to know that 5520 is built on a UCS C220M4.

If you want to know how to configure CIMC take a look at https://community.cisco.com/t5/data-center-documents/configure-or-change-cimc-ip-address-on-ucs-c200-series-servers/ta-p/3141563

Then when you've got it working make sure you update to the latest version of CIMC and server firmware and AireOS on the WLC.
