Cisco 5520 WLC error & Question

Hello,

I am testing a Cisco 5520 WLC and receiving error:  REBOOT AND SELECT PROPER BOOT DEVICE OR iNSERT BOOT MEDIA IN SELECTED BOOT DEVICE AND PRESS A KEY........

Does the hard drive (solid state) connect in the front of the unit or is it internal?

Is anyone familiar with the error?

I think this 5520 came without proper images. You may need to either RMA or reach TAC & see if they can help
