What country code is enaled on the WLC and what model of 7921 do you have (-A, -E, -P, -W)?

What authentication type are you using?

If using PSK, then need to set the phone for AKM.

Also 1.4(4) was just posted yesterday, so suggest you try that.

And since you have a 5508 WLC, suggest to use 7.2.110.0, 7.3.101.0 or 7.4.100.0.

hello migilles,

country code  on the WLC is TN

model 7921g-E-K9   ,image:CP7921G-MFG-D.7.LOADS

authentication wpa psk and for phone AKM

WLC5508:

Product Version.................................. 7.0.235.3

but still same problem.

thx

Sorry, but the 792x phones do not support the TN (Tunisia) country code.
So it will not connect if using this country code.

The list of supported country codes are in the guide below.
