I am trying to configure a CISCO 819-4G Router Configuration for Prefix Delegation. First thing i would like to know if this model of the router supports this feature or not.
For this feature, the router is supposed to send a SOLICT message to the ASR5k.
As per our configuration,
In the debug traces of the router, we see the Solicit messages being sent out from the router but they are not reaching to ASR5k. we traced at ASR5k and other nodes and we dont see the message reaching there.

We would like to know if the router Is sending out the SOLICIT message correctly on the right interface or not.
I am attaching the router config and the debug logs for reference.
Kindly assist us with any support on this.
