Post the complete output to the command "sh cellular0 firmware" & "sh cellular0 hardware".

show cellular 0 hardware
Modem Firmware Version = SWI9X30C_02.33.03.00 r82
Modem Firmware built = 2019/08/28 20:59:30
Hardware Version = 1.0
Device Model ID: MC7430
International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) = 505024607786838
International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) = 355812070536882
Integrated Circuit Card ID (ICCID) = 8961024621014223960

Current Modem Temperature = 32 deg C
PRI SKU ID = 1102644, PRI version = 002.067_000, Carrier = Telstra

The other command of show cellular 0 firmware doesnot work on it

The cellular modem has crashed.

Unfortunately, the modem is already running the latest available firmware Sierra Wireless has provided Cisco.

Either done by user ('exact' well Use r = User ) or possible problem with a power
supply ,
