Cisco 881G(Integrated) 3G Sprint EVDO interface resets

I am seeing our cellular interface reset.  I started a debug and this is what I see below.  Every time we are seeing the interface reset, we are seeing this pause time type 1 and resume time type 1.  Can anybody tell me what this is, and what is causing this?  We have been attempting to isolate what is causing this for some time now, but can't seem to get anywhere on it.
