Hi,
Using cisco 8821 Wireless IP Phone, AP is just outside of the room where the Phone is, but the signals are very weeks, can some1 suggest me how to improve the signal strength.

Have a look at the Advisories linked to this version. Pay close attention to the last one (29 June 2017).
