Hi team,

I have a strange error in Cisco CISCO892W-AGN-E-K9 that i bought for our clients a month back.

- the router doesn't display the SSID for a longer period. Its like on and off of the SSID, showing sometimes and sometimes blank.

Please help with the issue.

Can you post the AP config. Is it different devices having issues or just one. They have within coverage.

You need to either use WPA/TKIP or WPA2/AES. You have WPA2/TKIP and that is why. Try to change that and it should fix your issue.

Thanks, i will try and let you know. But i do not understand what it has to do with the SSID

Hi Scott,

It does not work. I still have the same issue. SSID is ON and Off.

Hi, What is the code version the AP module is running?

Hi,

Can you confirm the radio interface status when the issue is reported.

Do you see any r0.core/r1.core files in "sh flash"?

Regards

Sahil
