Cisco 9117 & 9115 (What's the difference?)

Guys.

What's the difference between Cisco's marketing of compatible (9117) and certifiable (9115/9120), I know the 9115 and 9120 have been Wi-Fi 6 certified but where does that leave the 9117?

Are the 9117 and 9115 recommended to be deployed together? So both AP's support AX clients?

Cheers,

All,

Found this on the web:

Note: there is one Catalyst access point missing from the list of Cisco certified access points. The Catalyst 9117 Access Point is an early-stage Wi-Fi 6 product and is the one Wi-Fi 6 AP that is not certified due to a known chipset hardware limitation.

What does this mean? What is the hardware limitation mentioned?

So does this mean that mixed 9117 and 9115 deployments wont work as an 802.11AX deployment?
