I found this bug CSCve81314 on cisco WLC

The issue does not affect Cisco IOS APs that run in autonomous mode.

my AP is a stand-alone AP (autonomous AP)

flash:/ap3g2-k9w7-mx.153-3.JA12/ap3g2-k9w7-xx.153-3.JA12

I need your experience on this issue and thank you...

  - Try the latest autonomous-software-version for the particular ap-model.

-- Each morning when I wake up and look into the mirror I always say ' Why am I so brilliant ? '
When the mirror will then always repond to me with ' The only thing that exceeds your brilliance is your beauty! '

same AP with the same ver working without problem in a different branch

 - Bug conditions can have complex-causes due to specific circumstances , such as client model. channel use , other clients, capacities, resources and much more , therefore the advice is still applicable.

Well you kind of isolated the issue... have you tried to swap out that ap for another?  Also, you should try to test with a different SSID just to see what the results are.
