This came with zero instructions? how to i connect to it by it's ip address? What is the default ip address?

The AP you listed is a CAPWAP enabled and should be used with a Cisco WLC.

If you need it to be a standalone AP, then you need to Convert it to run the aIOS image.

After that, it depends on what you are looking to configure, but here is the Configuration guide

Also, the model you have requires a wireless lab controller because it has "CAP" in the model. 

Default AP username and password is Cisco/Cisco
