That's not a CAPWAP/LWAP IOS.  That's an autonomous IOS.

To convert to CAPWAP/LWAP just archive the file from the TFTP to the AP using the command "archive download-sw tftp:///

c1250-rcvk9w8-tar.124-21a.JA2.tar".  And when it's successfull then reboot the AP.  No biggie.

I have upgraded AP's software and it has connected with controller.

Now, Clientes could not connect to AP.
