Cisco Aironet Mobility Express 2800

Hello,

 

I have configured an SSID for Cisco Aironet Mobility Express 2800 where user authentication is with a radius server. When I am connected to the internet, from time to time it appears to me that I don't have access to internet (randomly). If I disconnect and reconnect the device, the problem is resolved. Has this problem ever happened to you?

You should run a debug on your MAC address and see what is happening. Determine if it’s a specific ap or if this happens when you roam. Can be a port configuration issue or an issue with an ap. I don’t use ME much anymore. Might be a bug which you can search in the bug tool or if this happens a lot and you can repro, open a TAC case if there isn’t a current bug.
