Let me check if I understand this correctly. The customer has upgraded his IOS client to 13.1 and now has problems connecting to your wireless network? what software version is running on your 1815i ? -> check if other Apple OS13.1 clients have the same problem.
-> check if older version do not have this problem
-> try if the problem disappears when doing a downgrade from 13.1 to 13.0 ???
-> search if a bug exist for this combination of Apple-OS and Cisco-AP-IOS
p.s. newest version is Apple-OS 13.3.1, so not a downgrade but an upgrade may help.
