Hi,
a customer tells me that from monday you can no longer connect apples with os 13.1 to an ap 1815i.
Anyone have any suggestions?

- Formulated in that way the problem is way to broadened to address ; what if due to a local wireless managerial problem ? For this forum you will need to be able to re-produce with needed logs if asked.

Let me check if I understand this correctly.
The customer has upgraded his IOS client to 13.1 and now has problems connecting to your wireless network?
what software version is running on your 1815i ?
-> check if other Apple OS13.1 clients have the same problem.
-> check if older version do not have this problem
-> try if the problem disappears when doing a downgrade from 13.1 to 13.0 ???
-> search if a bug exist for this combination of Apple-OS and Cisco-AP-IOS
p.s. newest version is Apple-OS 13.3.1, so not a downgrade but an upgrade may help.
