cisco ap 700 problem WPA

we have a problem on cisco ap 700,i configure an ssid without password ,security open i don't have any problem but when i put the password to ssid,i didn't conncet to the ssid

Problem can be with Client side also. What security standard you are using? Have you tried to connect different type of clients?

it is the type of password "preshared key"
