Hello team,
In our infra there are multiple cisco wlc's /Ap's monitored by cisco prime.
Now our client requested for the history of AP association and disassociation details with reason for disassociation for a time period a month.
While checking in cisco prime, not able fetch the details of the requested. At the same time while checking the AP join stat in cisco wlc, getting the details of the previous disassociation with reason, not the history.
Regards,
Anjana

There is no real tracking of dates to when an ap has disassociated. There are reports for AP Radio Downtime Summary that shows a percentage of uptime. You can always use snmp traps and collect that, or create alerts that can email you when an ap goes down. That way you can somewhat track. You can also look at the Inventory / Device Management / Network Devices which will show you the uptime also, which can help as you can export that and review that every so often to see if you have an access point that is constantly failing.
Also, you can look here Monitor / Monitoring Tools / Alarms and Events / Alarms and filter by critical or anything you want. This way you can see the details you need.

Keep in mind, if you look at the alerts, it also depends on what you have set under this section: Administration / Settings / System Settings/Alarms and Events/Alarms and Events also for other data retention, look here: Administration / Settings / System Settings/Data/Data Retention
