If you have AP with autonomous IOS then it is usable with any other network device.

But if you have lightweight AP then it have to be controlled by Cisco WLC.

Switching AP between lightweight and autonomous is just in replacing IOS.

Thank you very much Milos. But If I use lightweight AP with WLC then, have any issue between Mikrotik and WLC? Or as it is I can do that.

Of course, you can use mikrotik router with cisco WLC.

It should work, however you will want to run the latest stable code with the Mikrotik.

I had a bug going a few months back about the Mikrotik not able to connect if 802.11r (FT) was enabled.  This bug has been fixed in the latest builds of RouterOS (the Mikrotik still doesn't support FT, but at least it will connect now).

Please give 5 stars and top rating to possible solution asap.  ;-)

Can you please share the configuration steps
