I have a Cisco AIR-AP3802E-B-K9 that I have been trying to factory reset to setup on another WLC. I have been trying to hold the mode button down until the red color appears and when the login comes up using admin admin or cisco cisco none of them work to login. I've done this before without issues and I am unsure as to why I am unable to factory reset these APs. I have it plugged into a PoE injector and consoled myself in and verified the prompt comes up to hold the mode button for more than 20s to perform reset. See attached picture it seems to be stuck on this for a loop whether or not I am plugged into a PoE switch or plugged into a PoE injector.

From the Log
"Factory full reset detected...
Full Factory Reset triggered: clear all files from storage.."
You did complete reset of the AP.
Did you try Cisco/Cisco as username/password ? (Upper case C)

The attached pic shows AP is waiting for an IP assignment from network. Can you make sure your Power Injector is plugged into Ethernet connecting back to a switch port.
What is the AP prompt when you hit enter? Can you share complete log of the AP boot process.

Below are the results from it being directly connected to a poe switch. I just held the mode for 20 seconds and released it.
