I have (6) sites connected over Microwave. I need to replace existing 6500 switches to smaller form factor switches at each site that connect to Microwave device at each site over a Multimode Fiber. Those switches will support internal users at each site with different network services. I am looking into Catalyst 6880-X to support either 1Gb RJ45, 1Gb SFP multimode, and 10Gb SFP+ multimode. I could have gone with Catalyst 4500-X as well, but future growth might be an issue since it could only support up to 32 Ports.
With IOS IP Services, will I be able to support routing protocols such as BGP/OSPF/ISIS, and even MPLS or I will need an enterprise level IOS?
Thanks,

This is more of a R/S question, but always happy to help in the wireless community. So you will need advanced enterprise IOS features to support BGP/ISIS/MPLS. IP Services will give you most IGP support, but the rest you will need licensed features for.
Hope this helps.
