Anyone tried Cisco CB21AG Card with WZC WPA configuration? I can configure and use WPA with ADU no problem. But when tried with WZC, no WPA option available. The computer is XP SP2 and the card is with latest driver 3.0.

Thanks!

My CB21 has the option for WPA in the WZC. My driver version is 3.0.0.104 dated 5/19/2006

I am using the exactly same driver version. Could be anything related to the windows?

I'm pretty sure Microsoft has a patch for this.

Do a search on the Microsoft site or you might find a recent reference / link on the wireless board here.

Good Luck

From what I know, XP SP2 support WPA natively. Following words are from microsoft:

For wireless clients that are running Windows XP Service Pack 1 (SP1) and that are using a wireless network adapter that supports the Wireless Zero Configuration service, you must obtain and install the Windows WPA Client. For wireless clients that are running Windows XP service pack 2 (SP2) and that are using a wireless network adapter that supports the Wireless Zero Configuration service, the Windows WPA Client is included in Windows XP SP2.

So the computer is XP SP2 and the card supports WZC(from previous post), why it is still not working? We have other XP SP2 computers do not see this problem. It is weird...
