Cisco CMX 3375 upgrade 10.6.3-105 error expecting trusted certificate

performed an upgrade on our cmx 3375 10.5.1-27 to 10.6.3-105

both the primary and secondary nodes are getting unable to load certificate
139702058792624:error:0906D06C:PEM routines:PEM_read_bio:no start line:pem_lib.c :697:Expecting: TRUSTED CERTIFICATE

unable to login to the web GUI of either node. 

currently waiting for a call back from TAC, has anyone seen this before?

:upgrade was performed via cli.

It appears that 10.6 might have a more reliance on certificates or the self signed cert got corrupted.

Did the upgrade actually work? or you still on 10.5

If it did try following the procedure to create a self signed cert here:
